Island Colonial – North Palm Beach
A New House in North Palm Beach, Florida
In building this 5,500 square foot primary residence, the most significant challenge was staying true to classic architectural principles while creating a modern home as unique as the family who lives there.
A seamless blend of traditional architecture and colonial Caribbean influences–as evidenced by the multi-paned windows, paneled mahogany front door, and columned portico–give the home a stately yet warm and welcoming aesthetic.
The interior features spacious living areas, complemented by both hand-scraped hickory and two-toned limestone flooring and the use of traditional moldings and custom cabinetry throughout.
A seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces, which include a covered back porch overlooking an open air pool surrounded by lush landscaping, makes for a perfect home for gathering family and entertaining friends.
